Shadowrun Windows Live

Is cross-platform multiplayer GTA4?

I searched Google for a solid answer, but could not find one. I realize version PC uses Windows Live, the Xbox 360 uses Live, and (I presume) the PS3 version uses the PSN. But I also know that Shadowrun and Windows Live Champions Online Multiplayer / Xbox Live cross-platform. So ..?

I guarantee that 360 can not play with people on PS3. On the PC 360, I played online and I'm pretty sure that this is not cross platform. If it was, it was widely announced by Rockstar.
